Personal Training - Get 1:1 coaching from one of our 5 trainers if you don't feel ready or comfortable working out in a group setting. Sessions are private and only 30 minutes. You will get a plan tailored to you so you can reach your fitness goals. Contact us to schedule a free 15 minute consult.

Group fitness Classes - We keep our group fitness classes small so you don't feel like you're just a number. We want you to get the personal attention you need but with the group atmosphere. We like to keep the workouts fun but effective!

​

Community - We want you to feel at home when you walk through the doors of MadFit Training. We cherish our community over everything. I promise you won't feel judged or intimidated here.

What type of classes do we offer?

Lower Body Burn - This class targets and strengthens your entire lower body with a focus on glutes, hamstrings, quads and calves. Using dumbbells, resistance bands, sliders and other equipment, you'll move through dynamic circuits that combine heavy lifts with bursts of lower-body-focused cardio. Expect to sweat, sculpt, and build strength and endurance in every class.

Power Sculpt - Power Sculpt is a low-impact, high-intensity mat Pilates class that fuses the precision of Pilates with the sculpting power of Barre. Designed to strengthen, lengthen, and tone, this class focuses on core stability, controlled movement, and mindful muscle engagement. Perfect for all fitness levels as this class delivers the burn without the bounce - leaving you feeling strong, centered and seriously sculpted.

 

TORCH (cardio conditioning) - Ignite your endurance and strength in Torch, a high-energy cardio conditioning class designed for all fitness levels. This class blends powerful strength moves with fast-paced cardio to boost your heart rate, burn calories, and build total-body stamina. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to level up your performance, Torch keeps you moving, sweating and progressing - one rep at a time.

Upper Body + Core - Build upper body strength and core stability in this class, a focused workout designed to tone and challenge your arms, shoulders, back and abs. Using a mix of dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, this class targets the entire upper body with intentional, form-driven movements.

​

Stretch - Stretch is a gentle, feel-good class designed to improve flexibility, release tension, and support recovery. Through a series of guided stretches and breathwork, you'll increase mobility, reduce muscle tightness, and leave feeling lighter and more relaxed.
