what to expect

Personal Training - Get 1:1 coaching from one of our 5 trainers if you don't feel ready or comfortable working out in a group setting. Sessions are private and only 30 minutes. You will get a plan tailored to you so you can reach your fitness goals. Contact us to schedule a free 15 minute consult.

Group fitness Classes - We keep our group fitness classes small so you don't feel like you're just a number. We want you to get the personal attention you need but with the group atmosphere. We like to keep the workouts fun but effective!

Community - We want you to feel at home when you walk through the doors of MadFit Training. We cherish our community over everything. I promise you won't feel judged or intimidated here.

What type of classes do we offer?
Strength + Cardio - These 45 minute classes are a mix of HIIT + Strength Training so you burn fat plus build muscle. Every class will be a full body workout with some days more focused on lower body and others more focused on upper body.

Full Body Burn - You will work every muscle from head to toe during this 45 minute class. We will build muscle while burning fat.
HIIT​ - aka High Intensity Interval Training. We will get our heart rates up then target those abdominals for a quick 30 minute class
​
Pilates - a low impact workout that focuses on core strength, flexibility, and overall body alignment. We offer traditional, floor Pilates using minimal equipment.
